Free Pumpkins Galore; 450 Years On and Which Side Are You?

This year we're combining our annual pumpkin carving with Weymouth's 450 celebrations. Thanks to a generous grant from Weymouth Town Council we can supply 100 free pumpkins to be carved at our All Hallows' Hoolies. When you arrive at Radipole gardens queue up and sign in to receive your free pumpkin, one per child. You'll then be directed to a carving table with tools, but we respectfully request that parents supervise their children during this activity, after all its good fun to do these things together. The sun shone down on us last Saturday, though the wind was a bit parky to say the least. But that didn't stop families coming out to enjoy our latest event put on in the gardens. Well, it's that time of year again! Autumn is tugging at summer's sleeve, begging her to relinquish her grip on time. Worry not though we have a couple of events left in our calender. What would October be without a mention of all things Halloween. We've got that sorted. Saturday 27th October come along to Radipole gardens for our HALLOWEEN HOOLIE  and CIDER APPLE PRESSING. The first 20 children to arrive will find a pumpkin waiting for its makeover. Lots of bits and bobs to make your own Halloween decorations...
