I’m not referring to the old powder stuffed into a pill kind.
I’m talking green, grounding, bare feet, nature, plants, trees, outdoors, planting, growing, parks, gardens, windowsills, balconies.
Running barefoot through grass, sitting in amongst flowers, getting down and dirty in the soil, inhaling natures perfumes, watching wildlife…and so the endless list goes on.
Whether it be outdoors, potted plants on a balcony, or even a few green potted friends indoors, they can have a huge effect on your general health and wellbeing.
So if you do anything today, open your door step outside, sit on your balcony, or chat to your nearest friendly potted palm.
