Nativity in Radipole Gardens 2019
Well, things have been coming along in leaps and bounds behind the thespian scenes so to speak.
All manner of preparations have been taking place in St Aldhelm’s and various secret locations for this year’s
Nativity in the Gardens.
Give a man his power tools and hey presto, walls being created…
Eco-friendly, reusable glow sticks being stuck (mostly to the table!)
A few shepherds and camera shy characters wandering here and there…
they’re popping up everywhere these days.
You might have even spotted (and you surely would have heard!) some strange goings on in Radipole gardens (and no they’re not electioneering!)
There have been reports of strange glows emanating from St Aldhelm’s church, but panic not.
Come along to
Nativity in the Gardens
on Thursday 14th December and you’ll find out exactly what been occurring.
We’ve even a few surprises in store for you this year…sshhh…
Everyone is welcomed along to walk the nativity story with us through the twinkling lights, to follow Mary and Joseph’s journey.
Marvel at Herod’s palace and the three magi’s observatory.
Visit the inn with no room and those shepherds who tended their flocks.
Journey’s end of course at the humble stables.
Live music and carols.
Starts at 6pm meeting at the gardens by the tennis court car park.
Don’t forget to wrap up warm and pack a torch.
Free entry but any donations gratefully accepted which will go towards the Mayor’s fund.
Feel free to come in costume and become a part of the tableau.
P.S you might even spot a few angels mingling, keep your eyes peeled.
